Vision for Teton Strong:
An inclusive, crowd-sourced, community-driven resource to showcase the intentional mental, physical, social, and spiritual practices and rich experiences characteristic of a values-driven outdoor lifestyle.
Artist – Athlete – Entertainer. That’s the box I have to click on any financial form to describe what the #)@* I have done for the past 35 years since graduating from Stanford. If I could add” “Activist” to that list I would. Uncomfortable with the corporate track, I took a year off to “ski bum” in Vail, and I never went back. I write. I cook. I parent. I travel. I read. I play outside every single day.
A serial adventupreneur, I love inspiring others to live more fulfilling lives through food, adventure, and connection (that’s not digital!). I most recently served as the Communications Manager for the Jackson Hole Travel and Tourism Board during the development of their Sustainable Destination Management Plan. I am the founder of Slow Food in the Tetons and Teton Family Magazine, both of which I’ve passed on to others who are rocking it. For five years I served as Chief Adventure Officer and Director of Sales at Snow King Mountain where I co-founded the Treetop Adventure Park. This project Khttps://suemuncaster.substack.com/is part of a plan to take a “gap year” to travel, write, cook, and homeschool a kid who is challenging the status quo.
I’d love to work with you! I am available for hire for adventure business consulting, coaching, freelance writing, cooking classes, and adventure travel planning.
